Ina’s friend Michael Grim, a florist, has been really busy at work, so Ina's decided to treat him to a portable three-course meal--a countertop picnic lunch that they can both enjoy on his lunch break. It's the ultimate Ina take-out. This is no ordinary picnic: salmon with lentils, roasted shrimp with Thousand Island dressing and, for dessert, pecan squares with plenty left over for his customers at the store.
