Radio personality, Patty Jackson, helps Big Daddy create the perfect menu for a fun “ladies night.” He starts by making a yummy Mini Shrimp Salad Sandwiches with Sweet Onion Jam to serve along with flavorful Spinach Salad with Avocado & Sweet Bacon. For a sweet treat, Big Daddy whips up some Mini Apple Strudels, and to shake it up he serves a Po-Mo Cocktail.
