Path at FN: I started out as a production assistant on Emeril Live. Two years ago, I became a steward in the culinary department.
Culinary education/background: I'm presently looking into formal training, but I learned a lot eating leftovers from Emeril Live. I started cooking when I was six-years-old, and I cook a mean staff lunch!

Food you won't go near: Nuts! I'm highly allergic.
Culinary inspiration: My grandmother. Every Sunday morning, she made homemade biscuits with pear preserves.
