What do you do on a daily basis?
I help food shows come to life. Before a shoot, I'll help coordinate details between the production company and the food stylists working on the show, take our talent's recipes and break them out into action scripts and make sure that the set kitchen is supplied with all the equipment it needs. Then I'll walk the talent through the action scripts prior to shooting to make sure everyone knows what's happening before each act. While we shoot, I take notes of any recipe changes during production so the recipes that go on the Web match what happens on-air.

The lickable wallpaper in Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory ("the snozzberries taste like snozzberries!") and the food fight in Hook.
