Graham Kerr. I watched him every Saturday as a child. He got me hooked.

Old school: Vincent Price's cookbooks. New: all of the Ottolenghi books.

Raspberry vinegar
What’s your favorite condiment?
I have so many. Right now I love dukkah on everything — from fish and legumes to salads and dips.

A salad
