Cuisine you're known for: Baking or anything that involves flour, sugar, eggs and butter.
Favorite food: Chocolate, kale, Parmigiano-Reggiano, pork, black & white cookies
Food you won't go near: Uni, it's the texture and flavor
Culinary inspiration: Traveling, whether it's internationally or domestically, I always discover new ingredients and dishes and new ways to cook and eat.
Favorite show: Barefoot Contessa. Who wouldn't want Ina's lifestyle?
