Cuisine you're known for: Various Asian (some Korean, some Indian, some Vietnamese, some Chinese, etc.)

Favorite food: Yook gae chang ? spicy Korean shredded beef soup. It's pure comfort food for me

Food you won't go near: Intestines, ajwain, marjoram sometimes, Japanese mountain yam

Culinary inspiration: My mother and mother-in-law, both excellent cooks; the many "ethnic" restaurants of NYC

Favorite show: Iron Chef

Do you prefer sweet foods or savory: Savory

If you were a condiment, what would you be: Crystal hot sauce
