Emeril heads south of the border for some flavorful Mexican concoctions from drinks to dessert. Julieta Venegas and her band will join Emeril to help get the party started. Recipes include: Prickly Pear Margaritas, Chicken and Green Chile Chilaquiles, Pork Tenderloin in Homemade Adobo Sauce, and Sautéed Plantains in Caramel Sauce.
