12 Days of Cookies: Jeff Mauro’s White Chocolate Confetti Christmas Cookies

It’s that time again — Food Network’s annual virtual cookie swap is here! The stars of The Kitchen and the chefs in Food Network Kitchen (our bustling test kitchen) have some ideas that are bound to make it into your annual rotation. Stock up on flour and sugar — you’re gonna need 'em.

Some of us dream of a white Christmas — but Jeff dreams of white chocolate. These playful cookies are layered with many classic cookie elements, like a sugar cookie base, a white chocolate drizzle and loads of sprinkles.

“One look at something covered in sprinkles and your brain explodes with excitement,” Jeff says. “Sprinkles add color, crunch and a healthy dose of holiday cheer!” His message is clear: More sprinkles, please!
