Starbucks’ Valentine’s Day Cups Are Adorable, Of Course
One even changes color when you pour hot liquid into it!

The approach of Valentine’s Day is all about hearts, flowers, chocolate and — for those whose love language is coffee — Starbucks’ annual release of its invariably adorable cups honoring the holiday of romance.
Every year, the limited-edition Starbucks Valentine’s Day Cups give us heart-eyes — and this year is no exception.
Now being sold, while supplies last, exclusively at Starbucks licensed shops (including those within grocery and other retail stores, like Targets, though merchandise may vary by location), Starbucks’ 2022 Valentine’s Day merch includes four new reusable cups that smitten coffee lovers may want to snag for their sweetie, best friend or themselves.
Starbucks’ 16-ounce Plastic Tumbler With Hearts ($12.95) is a tall beauty, featuring the Starbucks siren logo, a translucent pretty pink hue and metallic-red hearts galore.
The 12-ounce Ceramic Tumbler With Hearts ($19.95) is colorful and as warm-looking as a hug: It features hearts of various hues set against a medium pink background.
The sizable 24-ounce Plastic Kaleidoscope Gradient Cold Cup ($19.95 ) is basically shiny red perfection — with a shimmering cascade of hearts; a red, jewel-like top; and a red straw through which you can sip your favorite Starbucks drink.
Last, but not least (though it is lower in price), Starbucks’ 16-ounce Plastic Reusable Cup With Hearts ($2.95) is a plastic take on a regular, lidded paper Starbucks coffee cup, except it features purple and red hearts that look as if they have been drawn on with marker. When hot liquid is poured into the cup, the hearts change color. Valentine magic!
The four new cups seem like a great way to show your love on Valentine’s Day, but they’re not the only way Starbucks is helping in that regard.
The coffee chain is also offering Valentine’s Day gift cards with holiday-appropriate designs and messages. (You can get them in stores and drive-thrus, or as an eGift on the Starbucks app or Starbucks.com/gift.)
And Starbucks is highlighting several other menu items that evoke love and romance, like White Chocolate Mocha, Red Velvet Loaf and Caffe Verona Whole Bean Coffee. That last one the chain has dubbed the “Coffee of Love.”
