S’mores. The delicious trio of crunchy graham crackers, melting chocolate and expertly toasted, ooey-gooey marshmallow has the power to make a grownup feel like a kid again. But there’s more than one way to eat this timeless trifecta. Read on for our favorite riffs, including desserts, breakfast and even a s’mores-inspired cocktail.

It’s hard to believe that this pretty 4-Ingredient S’mores Pie (pictured above) comes together with so few ingredients and only 15 minutes of prep and cook time. Simply melt milk chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave and pour it into a prepared graham cracker crust. Once the pie’s set, add the marshmallows and broil until they’re just this side of torched.

To make these sweet mini Indoor S’more Sundaes, Melissa d’Arabian breaks out a muffin tin to form graham cracker shells, then adds scoops of vanilla ice cream and bruleed mini marshmallows drizzled with chocolate sauce.

S’mores Cereal Treats make the perfect portable snack. Graham cracker cereal (like Golden Grahams) stands in for the usual flat crackers. Stir the crunchy cereal into melted butter and marshmallows, toss with chocolate chunks and whole marshmallows, and pile the mixture into domes nestled in pretty paper liners for unbeatable lunchbox treats.

Behold the graham cracker-chocolate-marshmallow trifecta in drinkable form! This “schmancy” S’mores Martini (adapted from The Peninsula hotel in New York City) calls for cinnamon-infused vodka you make at home, chocolate liqueur and honey-flavored Scotch. Garnishes of marshmallow cream, graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder add all the flavors and textures of s’mores to each martini glass.

No need to wait till dessert to get your fix: S’mores Granola is approved for your morning meal! Toss rolled oats and graham cereal in a mixture of brown sugar, vanilla, honey and melted butter, then toast the mixture in the oven and add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Thanks to Thanksgiving dinner, we know how fantastic the combination of sweet potatoes and marshmallows can be. This recipe marries that delicious duo with our favorite campfire treat to make S’mores Sweet Potato Cheesecake. Start by making a homemade graham cracker crust, and fill it with a rich, silky mixture of sweet potato, sour cream and cream cheese. Then gild the lily with a topping of bruleed marshmallows and chocolate sauce.

Sometimes dessert is better when it’s dippable. Whether you’re gathered ‘round a glowing campfire or are simply warming yourself by the flickering light of the TV, S’mores Dip will make your night better. Stir together a fudge sauce in a cast-iron skillet, top with toasted marshmallow minis and serve with crunchy-salty dippers like graham crackers, pretzels and potato chips.
