For years Marc Summers was the face of Food Network's Unwrapped, pulling back the curtain on some of your all-time favorite snack foods and exposing just how they come to be in the factory. But come this spring, he'll go one step further in the world of munchies by judging a snack food showdown on Rewrapped. Just in time for next month's premiere (on Monday, April 21 at 8|7c), FN Dish caught up with Marc to learn a bit more about his own cooking habits, plus some of his favorite foods and go-to late-night bites. Read on below to hear from Marc, then find out more about the host of Rewrapped, Joey Fatone.

Do you cook at home? If so, what's your signature dish?

Marc Summers: I do, but my wife is a better cook than I am, so, not that we're ever in competition, but she's just so darn good at it that I don't do it much. When I'm in California … I like to barbecue. So I'm the king of barbecue in L.A., but the rest of the time my wife is cooking.

What's your guilty pleasure food?

MS: My favorite food in the whole world is pizza. I can eat pizza every day, and I started a diet in November when I found out I was coming back on camera, so I don't eat pizza much at all anymore. But it's the one food I miss more than anything.

What's your favorite late-night snack?

MS: Late at night, because I've become Mr. Healthy, I just eat a lot of tropical fruit. I eat mangos and papayas and things like that. It's rather boring, but the last thing you want to do is eat any carbs or sugar late at night because that's when you get into trouble. So I've become a good boy and just eat fruit at night.

What's one must-have at your last supper?

MS: It would have to be a pizza by a guy by the name of Marc Vetri in Philadelphia, followed by a slice of cherry pie and then a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. That would probably do it all for me.

Rapid fire: Think fast!

Ketchup or mustard? I can't do that. Mustard, hot dog. Ketchup, everything else.

Chocolate or vanilla? Chocolate
Coffee or tea? Tea
Bagels or doughnuts? Bagels with lox

Beer or wine? Definitely wine — I'm not a beer drinker.

Waffles or pancakes? Waffles
Chips or pretzels? Chips
Cake or pie? Pie
Burger or hot dog? Burger
Cream cheese or butter? Cream cheese

Tune in to the premiere of Rewrapped on Monday, April 21 at 8|7c.
