Food Network's Grilling Week 2014 Schedule

Food Network celebrates the launch of the summer grilling season with a week of barbecue and grilling episodes, including premieres of Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy's Grocery Games, Iron Chef America and Restaurant Impossible. Get the full schedule below.

Sunday, May 25

Guy's Grocery Games: In the first game of this grilling episode, four chefs must use peanut butter in their grilled pizzas. Next, the chefs must dig through Guy's Clearance Carts, filled with mystery meats, unmarked cans and more, to cook up the best dish possible. In the final game, we find out who comes out on top in the game Top Shelf/Bottom Shelf.

Iron Chef America: Grill Masters: Team USA (Iron Chefs Bobby Flay, Marc Forgione and Alex Guarnaschelli) battles Team Australia (Chefs Adrian Richardson, Darren Robertson and Tobie Puttock) in a Grill Masters competition.

Cutthroat Kitchen: The ultimate backyard grill suit is unveiled. One chef's equipment becomes all tangled up in fishnets. In the final round, claw hands are the name of the game for a barbecue chicken sandwich.

Tuesday, May 27

Chopped: The chefs find blowfish tail in the first basket and hope they can stay cool as they cook up an amazing appetizer in a hurry. Then in the entree round, the competitors find a can of something orange and a jar of something rather unusual: date palm. And when the two finalists take on dessert, aiming for perfect final plates, they must work with basil juice.

Wednesday, May 28

Restaurant: Impossible: Daniel is the owner and operator of a successful sawmill and thought he would be able to run Big Jim's Bama Q in Hammondville, Ala., when he purchased it 10 months ago. But his inexperience and naiveness in thinking he could sit back and cash in on the restaurant's reputation has instead left him seeking Chef Robert Irvine's help. Robert needs to find a way to make this restaurant distinctly Daniel's, and that means new food, a new look, and new knowledge and passion to turn this dump into a barbecue destination.

Friday, May 30

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: On this trip, Guy Fieri's steppin' up to unique grills on the mainland and beyond. In Miami, there's a husband-and-wife duo serving up classic Americana with a 21st century twist like smoky fried chicken and Buffalo-style pig wings. In Long Beach, Calif., the anything-but-average taco truck is grilling steaks for the drunken torta and deep-frying green chicken chilaquiles. And on Oahu, Hawaii, Guy's favorite rotisserie chicken joint is cranking out the island's signature huli huli chicken.

Saturday, May 31

Trisha's Southern Kitchen: Whether you're feeding a tailgate party or a big family, these recipes are perfect for a hungry crowd. Trisha Yearwood has invited former NFL star Kurt Warner and his wife, Brenda, over knowing that their family of seven leaves them well versed in cooking for a large gathering. Today they'll be making Barbecued Pork Ribs, Easy Baked Beans and Butterscotch Peanut Butter Bars.

The Pioneer Woman: It's fires on the ranch and flames in the kitchen as Ree Drummond grills up a rib-sticking dinner for the family after an afternoon burning grass on the prairie. They enjoy a Grilled Chicken Slider Bar, Grilled Potato Bundles, Grilled Corn with Bell Pepper Butter and Blackberry Pot Pies with vanilla bean ice cream.

Farmhouse Rules: Nancy Fuller and her husband David are hosting a cookout. Nancy heads to town to get delicious chocolate candies for her Grilled Banana Boats dessert. They're a sweet treat that follows a dinner of Grilled S and P Crusted Rib Eye and Garlicky Green Salad. After the cookout, the family enjoys creamy orange soda floats as they release flying lanterns into the sky.

The Kitchen: This episode is all about grilling. Geoffrey Zakarian shows how to grill a cowboy steak to perfection while the hosts give their top grilling tips. Katie Lee grills pizza two ways, and Sunny Anderson shows how to spatchcock a whole chicken for the grill while the hosts cover viewers' grill-food fails. The gang cooks up green beans four ways, and Geoffrey mixes up a bonfire cocktail.

Sunday, June 1

Southern at Heart: Every Sunday, Damaris Phillips lights up the grill and fires off ingredients to last the week; this week she's grilled off jalapeno peppers and strawberries. She uses the peppers as a base for a compound butter to top her Pan-Seared Pork Chops that she dresses alongside her Perfect Cornbread. The grilled strawberries are the basic element in her mouthwatering Barbecue Sauce Baked Beans. Grill once and have flame-kissed flavor all week long.

Giada at Home: Giada De Laurentiis makes three California-inspired recipes culminating with a backyard feast with friends. The menu features California Lettuce Cups, Gorgonzola Burgers, and Lemon Angel Food Cupcakes with Lemon Curd and Mascarpone Frosting.

Guy's Big Bite: Whatever the weather, Guy loves to grill. Join him as he shares tips and stories about grilling, while preparing mouthwatering recipes like Grilled Beer Brats with Peppers and Onions, Grilled Apple and Cabbage Sauerkraut, and Herbed Spaetzle.
