Start off your weekend with new episodes of Trisha's Southern Kitchen and The Kitchen this Saturday morning on Food Network. Join Trisha Yearwood as she cooks up a perfect meal to help jump-start a healthy diet with dishes like Kale and Chorizo Soup and Smashed Sweet Pea Burgers. Then, the cast of The Kitchen is showing off their new deck plus great seasonal recipes and cooking tips. On Sunday, kick off the day with Giada De Laurentiis as she hosts a modern-day tea party on Giada at Home. Then, on Farmhouse Rules, Nancy Fuller has a lineup of artsy appetizers for a special cocktail party she's catering in town.

The competition fun begins Sunday night at 8|7c with a fresh episode of Guy's Grocery Games. Watch Spring Baking Championship at 9|8c to see which bakers come out on top in a birthday cake competition. Lastly, catch a new episode of Cutthroat Kitchen and watch as chefs try to make meatballs in a ball pit and a teriyaki dinner while on a seesaw, and more.

Trisha and her friend Allie cook up a hearty, and good-for-you, meal of Kale and Chorizo Soup, Smashed Sweet Pea Burgers with a side of Cold Cucumber Salad, and Baked Apples for dessert. It's the perfect meal to help them ease back into their everyday healthy eating habits.

Saturday 10:30a|9:30c

The Kitchen's cast members are revealing their new deck and showing you how to grill the perfect steak. Create a colorful pasta salad with seasonal vegetables, and learn two recipes with jarred and fresh artichokes. Find out how to use compound butter to spice up your meals, and get ideas for what to make with the last scoop in the jar. Plus, get a recipe for a gin punch.

Saturday 11a|10c

Putting a modern, laid-back spin on what was once a stuffy tradition, Giada De Laurentiis hosts a tea party. The menu features Tre Fagioli with Fregola, Open-Faced Tuna Tea Sandwiches with White Bean Spread, Lavender-Chamomile Spritzer, and Milk and Honey Tea Cake.

Sunday 10:30a|9:30c

Nancy Fuller is catering a cocktail party in town at the Hudson Opera House. All of her friends will be in attendance for an exhibition of "Harvest," a collection of abstract art that celebrates the fruit of a farmer's labor. She's making all the appetizers — Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms, Roquefort-Rolled Grapes, Oysters Rockefeller, Seared Beef Tenderloin Bites — and Starving Artist Cocktail.

Sunday 12:30|11:30c

Chefs begin by making their best comfort dishes with only five ingredients or fewer. Next, there's a red-light special on orange juice that the chefs must incorporate into their cocktail brunch dishes! Then, the finalists attempt to shop for a dynamite dinner while repeatedly swapping carts.

Sunday 8|7c

The five bakers left in the Spring Baking Championship are challenged to bake for a birthday bash! They kick it off with desserts on a stick. Then, for the main challenge, the bakers must create an amazing birthday cake paired with homemade ice cream.

Sunday 9|8c

Two chefs have to make meatballs in a ball pit. Then, two chefs have to make a teriyaki dinner while on a seesaw. Finally, one chef has to harvest coconuts from a tree to make coconut macaroons.
