Michael Symon's taking viewers on a road trip to find the best burgers, brews and barbecue in the nation. Premiering Friday, July 17 at 10:30|9:30c, Burgers, Brew & 'Que has Michael eating his way through Cleveland, Nashville and New York City; he's on the lookout for mouthwatering burgers, cold brews and slowly smoked, fall-off-the-bone barbecue, stopping by a number of all-American spots to get his fixins.

During the six episodes Michael visits some of the best-known establishments. He visits a new burger joint in Nashville that has diners making custom creations. He also checks out the local tradition of hot chicken, which pushes the limits of his heat tolerance. Bobby Flay joins Michael in NYC as they try out an over-the-top BBQ joint for a Brontosaurus Beef Rib. Mario Batali joins Michael in one of his favorite late-night spots, and Alex Guarnaschelli also joins Michael at one of his favorite Manhattan spots, where they combine bottomless beer with high-octane hot dogs. No food trip would be complete without Michael visiting his stomping grounds in Ohio, though. In Cleveland, Michael tackles the Brunch Burger, topped with massive onion rings and an over-easy egg.
