Ree Drummond's father-in-law, Chuck, is spearheading a big fence-fixing project on the ranch, so Ree’s making a hearty Tex-Mex lunch to thank him and his crew. Her menu stars slow-cooked Spicy Shredded Pork, Cheese Enchiladas served with heaps of a homemade sauce and, for a light side dish, Chipotle Slaw. Lemon Bars top off the meal as a zesty and portable treat.

The cast of The Kitchen makes a menu full of dad-friendly meals today, like Smoked Italian Sausage Hoagies and Flank Steak Fajitas with Chimichurri and Drunken Peppers. Then, they give simple suggestions on how to take pretzels and chips to the next level, and how to make a homemade banana-split ice cream cake. Finally, the last two dads are given only two minutes to shop for their Date Night Dinner before Guy swaps their carts!

Food Network Star finalists must always be on their culinary game, and that includes keeping up with the latest food trends. This week, they must create and photograph their own versions of tiny foods and then compose a five-course meal where each course corresponds to a buzzword. Mentors Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay are joined by The Kitchen’s Sunny Anderson and Geoffrey Zakarian to decide which finalist will be sent home.
