Food Network Challenge

The Grove Park Inn and Resort in Asheville, N.C., is the stage for Food Network Challenge: Gingerbread Champions. Five amateur pastry chefs who have all won national gingerbread championships have eight hours to create a gingerbread showpiece that best portrays their favorite childhood holiday memory. Will it be Jim Rhegness' interpretation of a New York City parade, Christina Banner's ode to Christmas music, Nancy Kyzer's rendition of Santa's magical midnight ride delivering toys, Bobbie Jinright's homage to her grandmother's Christmastime sweets or Valarie Enters' representation of a holiday vacation that takes home the gold medal and $10,000 prize?
