Hurricane Katrina destroyed much of the low-lands in the Gulf Coast region. She uprooted families and devastated many businesses. With so much uncertainty surrounding what will be rebuilt there is one constant, especially in New Orleans, as to what will NEVER be lost, and that is the food.
