Ingredients
1 - 5 oz bag mixed greens (5 cups lightly packed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Pinch dried basil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Put the greens in a
medium salad bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil and vinegar. Drizzle the
dressing over the greens and sprinkle dried basil on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve.
