Mashed Sweet-n-Bitter Potatoes

Ingredients
2 pounds, 2 to3 large, sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced or cubed
Salt
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup orange marmalade
Black pepper
A couple dashes hot sauce
Directions
Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Salt water and cook
potatoes 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes. Return pot to the stove and warm broth over
medium heat. Whisk in butter and marmalade. Add potatoes and mash the sweet potatoes. Season with
salt and pepper and a few dashes hot sauce. Serve immediately.
