Ingredients
2 pound bunch kale
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup chicken stock
Directions
Wash, trim and chop the kale. In a
large pot heat oil and lightly saute garlic. Add kale and chicken stock. Cook covered for
12 minutes.
