Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2/3 cups cream
2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/4 pounds ground beef
3/4 pounds Italian sausage, casings removed
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Mustard Glaze, recipe follows
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix for about ten minutes.
Place meatloaf into loaf pan and cover with Mustard Glaze. Cook for 1 1/2
hours.

Mustard Glaze:
1/2 cup mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cider vinegar
