Amberjack Sashimi

Ingredients
1/2 pound sushi-quality amberjack fillets
Soy sauce, for dipping
Wasabi, for dipping
Pickled ginger, as an accompaniment
Mizuna or other decorative greens, for garnish


Directions
Slice amberjack fillets on the bias into 1/4-inch thick slices. Serve on
a plate, arranged decoratively with accompaniments and garnishes alongside.
