Ingredients
12 ounces semisweet dark chocolate
3 ounces heavy cream
2 ounces Kirsch or cherry brandy
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch salt
Directions
Melt chocolate in the cream over a double boiler or in a fondue pot
then stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with pieces of fresh or dried fruit and pound or angel food cake
for dipping.
