Ingredients
1 gallon milk
3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
In a large stockpot, add the sugar to the milk. Bring to a
boil. Separate with the vinegar. Cook until water disappears and only the solids are left and caramelized
(about 3 hours). Serve with queso blanco and/or candied fruits.
