Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) bag frozen cherries1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup apple brandy, (recommended: Apple Jack brand)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground cloves
4 slices store-bought angel food cake
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
Combine the cherries, raisins, applebrandy, butter, sugar, and spices in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium
heat. Cook until butter is melted and sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
