Apple and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Granny Smith apple, cored, skin on
1/2 ripe Hass avocado
1/2 apple juice
1/2 cup ice
3 sprigs mint leaves
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions

Combine all
ingredients together in a blender and pulse until ice is incorporated. Then puree until
smooth.
