Citrus and Ancho Chili Ketchup

Ingredients
1 1/2 quarts ketchup (recommended: Heinz Tomato Ketchup)
3 tablespoons ancho chili powder
3/4 teaspoon finely chopped orange zest
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest


Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Serve as a dipping
sauce for wings, fried shrimp, and other fried appetizers. Use as a sandwich spread for burgers,
fried chicken, or fish sandwiches. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
