Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 small onion, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon gravy base (recommended: Kitchen Bouquet)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 center cut ham slices (1 1/2 inches thick)
Instructions
In a blender,
combine the broth, peanut butter, honey, onion, garlic, soy sauce, gravy base and pepper.
Put the ham in a shallow glass dish, pour the marinade over it, and marinate for 3 to 4
