Strawberries and Mascarpone

Ingredients
4 cups strawberries, washed
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup chilled heavy cream
3 tablespoons Vin Santo wine

Directions
In a bowl with a whisk or an electric mixer beat together mascarpone,
cream and Vin Santo until mixture holds stiff peakes.

Dip strawberries in whipped cream. Serve with biscotti.
