Scallion Sour Cream

4 scallions (white and green parts), sliced
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Put the scallions, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a blender and pulse until smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes before serving.
