French Coconut Pie

Ingredients
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 (3 1/2–ounce) can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup)
1 cup milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell


Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine melted butter,
eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60
minutes.
