Java Joe Smoothie

Ingredients
1 double shot of espresso or 1/3 cup very strong coffee
1 banana
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional
1 cup ice


Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and
serve.
