Bellini Cocktail
Recipe courtesy Michael Chiarello Ingredients 4 tablespoons white peach puree
1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne, chilled (use sparkling juice or seltzer for a non-alcoholic cocktail)
Directions Place 1 tablespoon white peach puree into the bottom of a Champagne flute. Fill the glass with Prosecco or Champagne.
