Ingredients
1 loaf French bread, cubed
Peanut oil, for frying
Dash dried parsley
Dash Parmesan
Dash House Seasoning, recipe follows


Instructions
Allow bread cubes to sit overnight to become stale.

Heat a couple inches of oil to 350 degrees F in a large saucepan or straight-sided skillet. Add
bread cubes and fry, stirring constantly, until browned. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season
and serve with your favorite soup.

1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder

Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
