Ingredients
1 (28-ounce) can baked beans (recommended: Bush's Baked
Beans)
1/4 small onion, diced
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon spicy mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped or pulled pork shoulder meat
Instructions
Put the beans
and onions in a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until it bubbles. Add ketchup,
mustard, and brown sugar. Heat another 5 minutes. When ready to serve, sprinkle the pork
meat across the top.
