Big Sur Cooler

Ingredients
Ice cubes
1 part amaretto (recommended: Disaronno)
1/2 part blue Curacao
1 part white cranberry juice, chilled
Mint sprig, for garnish


Directions
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour amaretto
and blue Curacao over ice cubes. Top with chilled white cranberry juice and stir.
Serve garnished with mint.
