Warm Spinach Salad with Eggs and Bacon

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
4 cups bagged baby spinach
1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled real bacon pieces
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat dressing in microwave on HIGH for 30
seconds.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, eggs, and bacon. Pour warm dressing over top and
toss to dress salad.
Serve immediately.
