Horseradish Cream

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Chives, finely chopped, for garnish


Directions
Combine sour cream, prepared horseradish and a drizzle
of olive oil in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Season with salt
and pepper. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with short ribs.
