Emeril: Generally I find most cookie dough freezes very well, but has to be wrapped very, very tightly in plastic. What I have found was, besides wrapping them in logs in plastic wrap, I then put them in Ziploc bags and then freeze them. In my house, cookies never make it to the freezer after they're baked!
