Sambucca: What is the best way to reheat leftover rice? I don't have a microwave, and heating it in a pan seems to dry it out!Lynn: I pour a little more water into the pan, and I refrigerate the leftover rice in the pan I cooked it in. Then I heat it with the water and a bit more salt, and it's great. Katherine: For me, rice reheats better if I let it come to room temperature first. The starches seem a little less grainy when I do it that way. Of course, fried rice is another classic.
