To fold a napkin decoratively to surround a serving dish or souffle, first bring the four corners of a square napkin to the center.
Holding the four corners in place, turn the napkin over and fold the four new corners into the center.
Flip the napkin again, without letting it unfold.
Unfold the four centered corners back onto themselves. This looks great with a stemmed dessert glass on top.
