Place colander over a bowl.

Top with several layers of cheesecloth.

Cut up yogurt with spatula and pour into cheesecloth-lined colander.

4. Cover and refrigerate
Cover, weigh down, and refrigerate overnight.

5. Drain
Continue to let drain until the consistency resembles soft cream cheese.
