 1. Sift In a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
 2. Beat Beat the eggs with the buttermilk and melted butter.
 3. Combine Combine the dry and wet ingredients together until they form a lumpy batter. Be careful not to overmix.
 4. Cook Heat some butter in a skillet over medium heat. Spoon 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet and sprinkle some blueberries on top. Flip when you see bubbles form. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
 5. Serve Serve with whipped cream and maple syrup or with Banana Compote.
