 1. Beat In a medium-sized bowl, crack 8 eggs and beat with a fork, whisk, or electric mixer.
 2. Add Add cracked black pepper, water, and a dollop of sour cream.
 3. Cook In a non-stick pan, melt butter, and cook eggs over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cover.
 4. Top Sprinkle shredded, sharp cheddar cheese over the eggs. Turn off heat and cover.
 5. Serve Serve eggs with country ham and biscuits.
