 1. Whisk Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine eggs and egg yolk. Add milk and heavy (or whipping) cream and whisk well to make a custard.
 2. Flavor Season custard with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg.
 3. Add Add green onions, sweet corn, and cooked wild rice to mixture and fold.
 4. Bake Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the custard is set and golden brown on top. Serve warm.
