1. Whisk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine eggs and egg yolk. Add milk and heavy (or whipping) cream and whisk well to make a custard.

Season custard with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg.

Add green onions, sweet corn, and cooked wild rice to mixture and fold.

4. Bake
Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the custard is set and golden brown on top. Serve warm.
