Frederic van Coppernolle
Frederic van Coppernolle, co-host of How to Boil Water, is a professional chef, but that’s just one of his many talents. He is also a trained opera singer, a farmer, a sports enthusiast, and has been a regular guest on Food Network programs (Doorknock Dinners, Ready Set Cook, Food Fantasy). He graduated at the top of his culinary school class in Paris, and worked in a wide range of restaurants before coming to the United States. He has spent many years teaching others the art of cooking, most recently at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City.
