Day 4

Breakfast
  • Tropical Fruit Compote: 1/2 cup mixed pineapple, kiwi and papaya cubes

Dinner

  • 1/2 cup roasted potatoes (leave peels on for extra fiber!)

  • Angel Food Cake with Mangoes

Snacks

  • 1 ounce whole wheat pretzels

  • 1 hard-boiled egg
