Day 20

Breakfast
  • 1 ounce Shredded Wheat Cereal

  • 1 ounce cooked turkey bacon

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk

Lunch:

  • 1/2 cup sautéed broccolini topped with 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts

  • 1/2 peach sprinkled with 2 teaspoons unsweetened toasted coconut

Snacks:

  • Hot Chocolate

  • 1 ounce whole wheat pretzels dipped in Dijon mustard
