Not only was this easy, it was very good tasting! I had some frozen shrimp I wanted to use and I just popped that on the top before I put it in the oven for baking. The flavors were awesome! A really good recipe for those of you that have never cooked with shrimp before, a nice one to try!

Love this but have a question

I loved this but thought it was a little too acidic - I was thinking of adding some milk to it before I bake it - can anyone tell me if that would work or if I'm just going to end up curdling the milk or something bad? Thanks.

delicious!!

Quick and delicious!

Made this recipe exactly as written except that I transferred it to a casserole dish to bake and used 2 lbs of frozen shrimp that I had thawed. I found it to be a wonderful, quick, comforting dinner served with a salad and some crusty bread. To cut back on carbs a little I opted to forgo my original plan to serve over brown rice, and found it to be just fine without. The flavors blended together wonderfully. I was skeptical that either the dill, feta or tomatoes would stand out as a dominant flavor, but the overall taste was just perfect. It's a keeper for the recipe box!

Loved It

I made this last night, I left out the dill (didn't have any), added a can of artichoke hearts, used tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano and served it over whole wheat couscous. It was delicious!! Thanks for the great and healthy recipes!

I made this and added extra tomatoes as well as some baby bella mushrooms after sauteeing the onions. I served it over lentils after Jamie Oliver talked them up on the Biggest Loser and they added a nice element. I would suggest making a double recipe and putting half in the fridge before adding the shrimp. Then you can add chicken or other protein to your left overs and use it for pasta sauce or make it into soup by adding beans, spiniach, or other protein. I can't wait to make it again. My boyfriend made it again within the same week and I am thinking about making it again tonight!

Shrimply delicious

This recipe is very quick, easy, and tasty. I thought that it might be too heavy on the tomato side but it was not. Be sure to not overcook the shrimp. Could be served over a pasta.

Excellent!

I made this tonight and it was a big hit! I followed suggestions from other reviews and used the diced tomatoes with oregano, basil garlic in it (DelMonte) - I also omitted the dill and used parsley & oregano. Another time savor is frozen shrimp (raw) no tail and deveined... Another bonus..this dish is weight watchers friendly..only 7 points for 1 serving. Added 1 cup of whole wheat pasta for an 11 point meal.

delicious!

This was very quick and easy to make and simply delicious. I didn't use any dill because I didn't have any on hand, and served over Basmati rice. It was a delightful combination. I love the way Ellie makes healthy eating so enjoyable!

Usually, I love Ellie's recipes and I really appreciate the nutritional information. However, this dish didn't turn out very well. It didn't have a lot of flavor and the sauce was soupy. I won't make this again.

Possibly one of the best shrimp recipes I have had. Shrimp came out juicy and succulent, not rubbery at all. I made some modifications to the recipe after reading other reviews. I used large shrimp, omitted dill and doubled oregano and parsley. I also used tomatoes flavored with garlic and oregano, added more garlic and a dash of cayenne pepper for some kick. It was excellent served on wheat pasta and even better next day! Will make again.

Very Good!

Very good! I used dried dill and parsley(use have to use less if dried) and I used crushed tomatoes instead of diced.

I followed the recipe to a T and it is very bland. Tastes like tomatoes and shrimp, thats it. No flavor. I really had high expectations for this. Still forced the kids to eat it because it was healthy. :(

It is very tasty and I love the rich tomato flavor but the feta gives it a "grainy" mouth feel.

This dish is fantastic on it's own, or served on top of whole wheat pasta! It was also quick and easy to prepare. We will definitely be eating this dish again at our house :)
